Jackie Knight is the one responsible for this! She invited Paul and Stuart (who did not know each other at the time) to a champagne breakfast at her place one day in July, 2000.

Soon they got talking and it was not long before it was apparent that they were meant for each other. After a week Paul had to fly to Italy to travel around the country with his father for a couple of weeks and it was hard for both of them, but they quickly picked up what they left off on Paul's return, and when they met again at the airport, Stuart greeted Paul with a red rose!.

As Paul's father happened to be in London at the time, this was the perfect opportunity for Stuart to meet his future Father-in-Law!

A month later, Paul met Stuart's family and everyone clicked straight away. They spent the next 9 months travelling up and down the country to be with each other every two weeks and this was difficult for both of them not to mention expensive. In April 2001 Stuart decided to move to London and soon they were living together.

Stuart's first visit down under came a year later and he quickly fell in love with the place, Adelaide especially. In April 2002, Paul and Stuart bought a flat in South London and this is where they have been since.
